If you believe you have received suspicious emails, SMS messages, or identified a website or social media account attempting to impersonate Techromz Trade & Logistics, we encourage you to notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

All reported cases of suspected fraud are carefully reviewed and investigated; however, individual responses may not always be provided. For any inquiries related to shipment status or invoices, please contact our customer support team.

Phishing scams take the form of fake emails or websites designed to steal passwords, credit cards, and bank details.

Fraudulent Email

Indicators of fraudulent emails:

  • Emails from Techromz Trade & Logistics are sent only through official company domains. Always verify the sender’s details carefully
  • Techromz Trade & Logistics does not use public email services such as Gmail or Yahoo for official communication
  • Always check links carefully before clicking

Fraudulent SMS

Beware of fake SMS asking for payment or personal info.

Fraudulent Use of the Tecromz Brand

There have been instances where unauthorized parties attempt to misuse the Techromz Trade & Logistics name and brand through email communications and visual content that may appear to be genuine.

In most situations, such communications relate to online sales where payment is requested before the delivery of goods.

The only payments requested by Techromz Trade & Logistics via email or SMS are for customs duties and taxes. As part of this process, a security measure is applied where an OTP is sent to the consignee’s registered contact prior to processing the payment.

This notice does not remove the responsibility of the consignee to settle shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, or similar applicable charges at the time of delivery.

Techromz Trade & Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. will not be responsible for any costs, charges, or payments incurred because of fraudulent activities carried out by unauthorized parties.
